Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging. To initiate a return, please email support@theincrediwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@theincrediwear.com.
